About Buckner Properties

Buckner Properties is a locally owned rental management company serving Cookeville and the surrounding Upper Cumberland area. We take pride in maintaining quality homes and building lasting relationships with our tenants.

Every property we manage is cared for directly by us — no large management companies, no runaround. When you have a question or need something addressed, you reach a real person who knows your home.
